two ways to start —
It depends on whether you can name the problem.
Most people who call me already can. Some can't yet, and for them a build is the wrong place to start.
if you can —
A build
You can point at it: follow-ups get missed, you can't tell where a client stands without asking someone, renewals slip. The process is known and the bottleneck is known.
Three calls inside one business week, a working prototype before you pay, fixed scope, and code you own. From $5,000.
Fifteen minutes, no preparation.
if you can't yet —
The audit
You know the business should be running better, or that AI ought to fit somewhere, but nobody has told you which part of your week it should touch. There's no single pain point to build around yet.
Several processes examined, your current stack mapped, and the highest-priority gaps ranked in writing. $999, and it comes off the price of a build that follows.
Also starts with the intro call.
Both start the same way: one fifteen-minute call. You don't have to work out which of these you are before booking — that's what the call decides, and it ends with me telling you which one fits, or that neither does.
$999 — a 90-minute working session, a written implementation plan, and a follow-up call.
You've heard AI could save you time. Nobody has told you which part of your week it should touch, what it would do, or what it costs to set up.
We pick your three worst processes, take them apart, and hand you a plan detailed enough to build from.
Who this is for
Owners who intend to implement something — with us or with anyone else.
The plan names tools, describes the workflow, and estimates the build. Hand it to your technical person, hand it to us, or quote it out to three other shops.
This is not an overview of what AI can do. If you're still browsing, come back when something specific is costing you hours.
Typical fit: local service businesses — trades, clinics, salons, agencies, contractors, studios — 3 to 50 people, where the owner still touches most of the operational work.
How it works
The 15-minute intro call
The same call that starts a build. You tell me what's eating your week, and I tell you which of the two this is — a scoped build, the audit, or neither. Sometimes the answer is that $999 isn't worth it to you yet, and I'd rather say so here.
The 90-minute audit — $999
A short intake beforehand keeps background off your paid time. Then roughly 30 minutes each on up to three processes, traced end to end: who touches what, where information gets re-entered, where things stall waiting on a person.
You'll be working, not watching me present. Bring whoever does the work.
Your implementation plan
Within a week you get a written plan. For each of the three processes:
- •What it costs you now — hours, delays, dropped leads, errors
- •What we'd build — the workflow, the tools, how the pieces connect
- •What you'd get back — the realistic outcome, with the best case called out separately
- •What it takes to build — setup hours, skill required, ongoing maintenance, gotchas
30-minute walkthrough
We go through the plan, answer questions, and tell you which piece to do first. If you want us to build it, we scope it here.
Then what?
Three paths.
Build it yourself.
The plan is written to be handed to a developer, an ops person, or a capable employee.
Have us build it.
The top-priority gap becomes a scoped build, and your full $999 comes off the price if you start within 30 days.
Do nothing yet.
Sometimes the fix costs more than the problem. Better to learn that for $999 than after a six-month build.
Common questions
Do I need to understand AI?
No. You need to understand your business.
What if my processes aren't a good fit for AI?
We'll say so, and tell you what would help instead — often a better process, a different tool, or one part-time hire.
Why only three processes?
Three done properly beats twelve done shallow. You'll know which three after the first call.
What do you need access to?
Usually nothing during the session — just the people who do the work. If we need to see a system, we'll ask.
Start with the intro call
Book an intro callFifteen minutes, no preparation needed. It's the same call whether you end up wanting a build or the audit.
