    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: October 8, 2026

Skaiward is a one-person consultancy run by Andrew Cas. This policy covers what happens with information you share through this website, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) instant forms, and call booking. The short version: I collect what you give me, use it to talk to you and do the work, and don't sell or share it.

    1.What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) instant form, or book a call, I collect the information you give me directly:

    • Name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Business name and anything you choose to share about your business
    • Booking details (the time you pick, through Google Calendar)

I don't run advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site, and I don't collect information about you from third parties.

    2.How I use it

I use what you share to:

    • Respond to your inquiry and schedule calls you requested
    • Prepare for and run your call, audit, or workshop
    • Send you the deliverables you asked for (like a Snapshot or audit report)
    • Follow up about working together, if that's what you came for

I don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

    3.Meta instant forms

If you reached me through a Facebook or Instagram ad and filled out an instant form, the information you submitted comes to me from Meta. I use it only to contact you about the thing the form was about. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

    4.Service providers

A small number of tools help me run the business: Google Calendar for booking, email for communication, and Meta for lead forms. These providers process your information only to deliver their service to me, under their own privacy terms.

    5.How long I keep it

I keep your information while we're talking or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. If you ask me to delete it, I will — see below.

    6.Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see what I have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email andrew@skaiward.com and I'll take care of it. If you're in a region with specific privacy laws (like the EEA, UK, or California), you have the rights those laws give you, and I'll honor them.

    7.Security

Your information lives in reputable, access-controlled tools (Google, Meta, email). No system is perfectly secure, but I keep access limited to me and take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

    8.Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the date at the top. The version posted here is always the current one.
